The desire to neatly classify the "indigenous" as being on one side and some "imperialist" or government forces on another is fated for either disappointment or gross misrepresentation/oversimplification.<br /><br />I think the point about these really being two different sectors of the same "movement" is helpful, as is the reminder that the Morales administration is a mixed bag, trying to keep options for development open and sometimes catering excessively to extractive industry interests, while also pushing back against the rest of the world and plans like REDD.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
